Postage and Delivery

Place your order for in-stock items up to 3.00pm Monday to Friday and subject to your credit card being authorised satisfactorily, we will despatch your goods the same day. Any orders placed on Sat/Sun will be processed on Monday.

We will e-mail you as the goods leave us with details of the consignment number. Go to amtrak.co.uk website.

Please ensure someone is at this address to receive the parcel. If no-one is present, a card will be left so you can contact Amtrak or the Royal Mail to arrange re-delivery or collection. Note that normal delivery is between 9am and 6pm. We can't make tracing enquiries until the day after the scheduled delivery date.
