What Happens Next?
If you complain in person or over the telephone, we will try to resolve
the complaint on the spot. Similarly, if you complain in writing, by
fax, or by e-mail, we will try to respond promptly and in any case
within 5 working days. If this is not possible, we will explain why and
give a new deadline.
If you are not happy with the initial response you receive, you can get
back in touch with us and we will pass your complaint to a more senior
member of staff who will try to resolve it.
If, following your second response, you are still not satisfied, you
can ask for your complaint to be referred to the proprietor, Mr. Gordon
Ballantyne
